Most cities will receive 5 coupon inserts in the Sunday, April 5th newspapers. Reportedly each paper will have 2 Smartsource Inserts, 2 Valassis Inserts and 1 P&G Insert. Lots of high-value coupons!!!!! Remember to get extra papers...
